Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. For EU orders, we ship via MondialRelay/InPost with full tracking and insurance coverage up to €25 on all items, with delivery within 3–5 days. For UK orders, we ship via standard post with tracking and insurance included.
Whichever shipping method applies to your order, you will receive a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order, as we are unable to combine two separate orders — shipping fees will apply to each individually. Your package is dispatched with care, and all items are well-protected with appropriately sized packaging.
