We accept returns on eligible products provided they are returned in their original, unused, and resellable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and seals where applicable.
Products that have been damaged, excessively handled, altered, or are not returned in a condition suitable for resale may be refused or subject to a reduction in refund value in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed where an exception applies under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including hygiene-sealed or other exempt goods.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders reserve stock specifically for the customer and may involve allocation, administrative handling, and non-recoverable payment processing costs.
A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the total order value is charged when placing a pre-order. This deposit secures the reservation of the item and covers associated administrative and payment processing costs.
Customers may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to dispatch. In the event of cancellation, all amounts paid beyond the non-refundable 10% deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, or if the order is subject to significant delays beyond our reasonable control, customers will be entitled to a full refund, including the deposit and any shipping charges paid.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason, subject to any applicable statutory exceptions.

Refund Processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an unfulfilled order.
