By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all sales made through our website.
2. Products
We sell trading card game (TCG) and collectible card game (CCG) products, including sealed products, accessories, and single cards.
All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information is accurate, however minor variations, manufacturer changes, or packaging differences may occur.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are displayed in EUR (€).
VAT is included where applicable unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- pricing or listing errors,
- suspected fraud,
- abuse of promotions,
- abnormal purchasing behaviour,
- or stock allocation issues.
If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the affected amount will be refunded.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are subject to supplier allocation, manufacturing schedules, and release-date changes outside our control.
Pre-orders reserve stock specifically for the customer and may involve administrative handling and payment processing costs.
Customers may cancel a pre-order before dispatch. In such cases, we reserve the right to retain an amount proportionate to unrecoverable administrative or payment processing costs, which will not exceed 10% of the order value, except where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, customers will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including shipping charges.
Release dates provided are estimates only and may change.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days following payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
EU orders are typically shipped via Mondial Relay or InPost with tracking.
Delivery estimates are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs procedures,
- carrier disruptions,
- force majeure events,
- strikes,
- severe weather,
- or incorrect customer information.
Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers located within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us within the withdrawal period via:

Returned products must be sent back without undue delay and, where applicable:
- remain unused,
- unopened where sealed,
- and in a condition suitable for resale.
Consumers may be liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after returned goods are received and inspected.
8. Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights
The right of withdrawal may not apply where permitted by applicable law, including for:
- unsealed products not suitable for return after opening,
- personalised goods,
- or products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable legislation.
9. Returns and Damaged Items
Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.
Claims relating to damaged, missing, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery together with photographic evidence where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse claims where evidence is insufficient or where delays prevent proper investigation with shipping carriers.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, graphics, text, product layouts, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without permission.
All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldMarkeTCG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or purchased products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Consumers residing in the European Union retain protections granted under mandatory consumer legislation applicable in their country of residence.
14. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform available at:

We are not obliged and do not agree to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings unless required by law.
